Return Policy
All merchandise being returned must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition with all tags attached. We inspect the merchandise prior to shipment and the returned items must be in the same condition as when received. If you try items on and get deodorant or makeup on them or otherwise damage them, we cannot accept the return as we will be unable to sell them to another customer without discounting the price. If any of these criteria are not met, you will not be issued a store/website credit and the items will be sent back to you at your expense.
Return packages must be received by Magnolia Traditions within 12 days of the date you receive the package.
You are responsible for shipping and handling of any returned merchandise. Original and return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We suggest you send items back using UPS, FedEx or USPS with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.
Credit for returns will be issued through website credit only. Website credit will include any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You may not return sale items. Any items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are FINAL. These items cannot be returned. Also, due to health concerns, you may not return bralettes.
We strive to ensure accuracy but if your order is incorrect or if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days so we can correct the error. This policy only applies to online orders that are shipped. If you choose to pick up your order locally, the regular store return policy rules apply.
